How does it work?
We will arrange to visit you at home and discuss with you fully what you’d like the service to provide. The service could be for yourself or for someone else.
We’ll go through with you how we will provide the service including a full timetable of when we will be there and what we will be doing for you on each visit.
We will try to provide the same Care Assistants each time as we understand that this important to our customers.
Our team
We are a friendly and caring team who work efficiently to get everything done in the agreed time.
All our Care Assistants are police checked and receive the training they need to be able to provide the highest quality of service.

Our service can include any of the following:
- Personal care
- Domestic help
- Support with social and leisure activities
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
The range of tasks we can take on extends beyond this, and we can discuss your particular requirements when we go through the service with you.
Who are the Independent Living Association (ILA)?
The ILA is a charity supporting disabled people to live independently.
We have a track record of providing support which is based on our ability to understand and tune into the needs of the individual, and have used this approach in developing Lend a hand.
All profits generated by this service help to fund charitable ILA services.
