How does it work?
We discuss with you what you’d like to be included, how long that will take and when you would like us to be there, and let you know how much that will cost.
We use the cleaning materials you have in your home, and will check that everything is there that we need.
We will try to provide the same Domestic Assistant each time as we understand that this important to our customers.
Our team
We are a friendly team who work efficiently to get everything done in the agreed time.
All our domestic assistants are police checked and receive the training they need to be able to provide the highest quality of service.

What we can provide
Our service can include any of the following:
- General household cleaning
- Tidying
- Dish washing
- Laundry
- Ironing
- Room re-arrangement
The range of tasks we can take on extends beyond this, and we can discuss your particular requirements when we go through the service with you.
Who are the Independent Living Association (ILA)?
The ILA is a charity supporting disabled people to live independently.
We have a track record of providing support which is based on our ability to understand and tune into the needs of the individual, and have used this approach in developing Lend a hand.
All profits generated by this service help to fund charitable ILA services.
